Sorry for not reviewing in a few days, but the New Year has not started off all that well. First my son got sick, first cold ever, then I got sick then my internet went down for a couple of days and just today I found out that my medical insurance is all screwed up! I was glad that I was able to catch up on my reading it was a nice little diversion from reality. I'm so happy for Emmet he is finally getting some..lol. He seems like a natural can't wait for the next chapter.

Avanell: Emmet would have offered to stay with Anita even if they hadn't become intimately involved I think. This isn't the typical "next step" test couples go through...they really haven't known each other long enough for that...but with the extenuating circumstances, and Emmet desperate for Anita to stay, it could be a temporary solution until they think of something better or Anita steps up to the plate and really confronts her father. Maybe having Emmet in her corner will help her. Or maybe there will be a physical confrontation. Don't know...but whatever happens...I'm sure it will be interesting...especially June's reaction. She seems to be mellowing, but wow...Emmet leaving?

Hmmm finally realized who anita's father reminds me of, one of my moms brother's she comes from a family of 10 kids and he's the baby and dear lord is he trouble.
