You know, I have been a very bad reader. I've been reading your stories since about the middle of your 9 part series, and have yet to leave a review. I think that your stories a very entertaining. I really enjoy them. I'm glad that Hermione finally came around.
GO, ELI!!! HEHEHE, I love that Elf. So, are we going to see Harry's and Ron's reactions to Cassia??? Oh, and Molly's as well! that's gonna be priceless, I bet! I was kinda hoping Severus would have to donate blood or something to help Hermione's recovery, but it worked all right. Please continue!!
re the Fates and epilogue: well, it would be very nice if the Fates got to experience "fate" for themselves... muahaha!

I really like this story, you have made Snape very realistic. I really like the way you have used the ancient gods in this one. I would really like it if at the end of the story you would jump forward a number of years and show us Snape and Cassia interacting as adults. I think she should be snarky like him! Keep up the great work.

lol Tess. As I stated, I think House Elves are very fierce looking...how else could Eli's dance be horrible if he was cute??? He is cute in nature, loyal, caring but he looks like a little imp. lol. Sharp teeth, the works. And he is smiling in that picture. Imagine if he was pissed. lol.

Hi Ms Figg! Re: chp 29 and the pound notes. In the U.K. they still have paper money! But the smallest note (bill) is £5.Then it's 10, 20, 50, & 100. Though a £100 Note is something u wouldn't see 2 often. The U.K. coins are (p = pence and 100p ( pence) makes up 1 pound same as the U.S. dollar is made up with 100 cents) 1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £2. Love this tale can't wait 4 chp 40! Yippee only 4 days 2 go to HP and the OTP movie is released. Am soo excited! The previews and trailers look great!
The U.K. has paper money! But it has notes in £5, then 10 ,20 ,50 and £100. But it has all its smaller denominations in coinage including £1 and £2 coins. the Pound sterling is made up of 100 pence so the coins smaller than £1 are ,1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p (p= pence) Hope this helps! Yeah, he proposed, the right way. I love that you wrote about the gods reaction. Well we are obviously near the end, it will be nice to read everyone's reaction now that Severus and Hermione are getting married. I have a feeling that will be a lot of "It's about time!" LOL
hey Ms_Figg, sorry for the lack of reviews. was busy travelling. there's this place called sigiriya and i was there with my coz. i have never ever been there!!! its like a HUGE ROCK! a mountain literally but its actually a kingdom or something... and it looks like a lion!!! that was sooo cool! it took ages to climb it but that was awsome! and on the top there is some kind of a swimming pool (lol) and the water is automatically sucked from the bottom. i was like... wow!!! what technology!!!! *snort* and we have pumps and motors and all that crap right... anywayz... somehow caught up with your story. and its going good. :D and i totally loved the part where severus goes down on his kneees... 'oh bloody hell' lolol!!! and i kinda love it that all the gods have no other work but to look at severus snape's life. and the fates are somethign else. i hope you do soething about that! and... what the hell did u do to poor eli??? beating him up with a broom??? brrr... k. more later. take care.

Can we have another update please? I just would love 2 see all the lose ends tied up. A wedding perhaps? Or maybe going far into the future 2 c what happened 2 the 2 of them, Cassia and any other kids they had.
the best thing about not being at home is that I actually don't check 'the burning pen' at least 4-5 times a day and that when I log on, I actually have at least 4-5 chapter to read :)))) I knew that Hermione would wake up in the end, but I'm really glad that Severus didn't look like a 'love-struck fool' when he confessed his love... I guess we have to thank Eli for that :) and yeah... about the video I posted :) when I read hg/ss fanfics, I never see Emma in my mind, but it's not because I think it's inappropriate or smth... it's just that I have my own vision of her :) but I don't think I'll even hesitate if I have a chance to have sex with Alan Rickman... who cares that he's 42 years older than me :)

Lol! For a minute I was thinking "Ruth must be tired- she's mixed up a bit of Sahara in with AMoC by mistake..." Lol! That was good, Jeremy and Ernie blaming it on the weed: "Because I got high, because I got high, because I got hiiigh!" Nice ending and I wouldn't have minded one bit if Eli had bitten Molly. Great story! And you know the Molly scene was in character. You kow what HG tried to do (scARED OR not) was nasty. I hav sons and I'd be every bit as angry as Molly at a woman who tried to trick my son like that. Molly would also have suffered in th elong run once the truth came out. MW was just being protective. lol, Charmy. Yeah, it was a bit of a cameo for those two characters, but also I just thought it would be funny for them to be deer-hunting and have a goddess appear and just take three deer away.

Lizzy, I liked your video very much and your use of the stills and motion clips. Your timing was wonderful too. It didn't creep me out either lol. There were parts with younger Hermione but I think that the choice of song and the way the clips were used with the artwork using a more mature Hermione made it less...how can I put this...disturbing. lol. Welcome! Glad you liked it, I'm planning to do another HG/SS soon... but finding the right song is so hard. Female voices don't seem to work at all, and most male voices just don't seem right. David Gray is one of the few I've found so far that work. GooGoo Dolls and Nickelback work too, but there are already plenty of Iris and Far Away HG/SS videos.
I Absolutely love Eris. She Makes strife look like fun... of course the fact that fact the cupid is her sub helps...

Reviewer: Hi hon. I'm afraid I'm a bit off my game lately. Life has a way of sucking you dry sometimes, so I'm in a bit of a slump right now. I have to finish Sahara before I start on the next story, and the muse just doesn't want to come. :(( I've been spending the past few days editing and uploading stories to fanfiction.net just to do something writing-wise since my mind isn't focused enough to write. I'm waiting to see the doctor to see if my meds can be changed. I think they've lost their kick and as a result, so have I it seems. Problems I usually can deal with are weighing me down pretty roughly and I just have to go slow right now until I am in a better state of mind. But I'm about and as soon as I get my groove back I'll be churning them out again. ***
OMG Ruth. I finally got to finish this story and it kicked butt. I especially loved chapter 24 and how you were able to write the GODS into it. I also love how you brought Severus to his knees. The story kept pushing me to read "just one more chapter" and before I knew it, the story was over. I love Eli.. he is so cute. I hope to read much more of your stuff and now that I know your website, I can visit here all the time.

I think the story is getting along well, though you should probably put a comm ent somewhere throughout the chapters that refer to Gods so that no one takes offense about their religion-

I absolutly love this story, the gods and goddesses, the Fates, Harry's bedwarmers, the whole nine yards. Poor Severus, he didn't stand a chance, but it was great entertainment watching him fight the inevitable. That little Eli, he's just full of surprises. Thank you again for the entertainment.
