You are working on so many stories right now; how the heck do you keep them separated in your head? Anyway...please don't wait 'til next Christmas to get back to this story...I check everyday. (groveling on the ground at your high thrown, offering up bribes) I hope evrything is going well for you. As I have been reading your stories, I have noticed that you have been sick...I hope you are well now. I know how it is to be sick; take medication; get somewhat better; get sick again...on and on and on... I have been having repeated, severe sinus infects for the past year. My body is now immune to the antibiotics. The only thing left is surgery (a simple enough one--they will go in and drill through the bones in my sinuses so they can drain better) and I have that on the 20th of this month... THANK GOD!!! I am at a point that I don't care if my face is bruised and swollen for a week; at least I will get some relief!! I wasn't even thinking when you took that week off that you might be trying to recover from a procedure--or to simply give your body some rest. I hope that it served its purpose and that you are okay now. Sometimes, we readers, are very greedy for our stories (I know I am guilty of it). You just make sure you are okay first...right after you finish 'Yuleride'...JUST KIDDING!!! Enough taking...Thanks so much for the wonderful entertainment you provide! Love ya! Tonya

When I let everyone know I was going to stop writing HG/SS to pursue my own writing, I am pretty sure I said people were free to write their own end to the story. Part 1 of Yuleride is finished and anyone is welcome to write Yuleride 2 if they like. It is already posted on AFF and I have absolutely no problem with it. The same with any other story left unfinished. When writing ceases to be a pleasure, then it's time to let it go and not force what won't come. As much as I still love this ship, I'm burned out. Sorry to disappoint you.
