Please! SS/HG are my favorite ship, mainly because of the way you've written them. But, I have no problem reading her involved with Lucius and Draco- or any other hot wizard. (Like Marcus! ;) )~~~~~~~~~~This story just has so much going for it already- I will definitely be on the edge of my computer chair waiting to read this one! Well I have to admit I am really biased here. HG with other wizards really isn't my taste (I much prefer your SS/HG stories) but, it wouldn't "bother" me really. On the other hand I vow to drop dead if you want to write a story with SS exploring other woman (if he already has access to HG). The SS with DE females where he was forced to in Disharmony almost killed me ages ago. LOL Seriously, i will say that a story lik this wouldn't be my cup of tea but hell go ahead and have a ball especially if that lets your author creativity thing feel good. Maybe this well then spare Severus from females other than HG in your future stories! LOL Does that make any sense?
Though HG/SS is my ship of choice, I think you should follow your muse where it takes you... Otherwise, this bunny will keep nibbling until you end up writing it anyway! I will certainly read this story if you continue it! As long as Severus eventually ends up as her one true love, I think I can accept this Hermione taking the long road to that point. And I would really like to hear the whole story of how she obtained her power to kill Voldemort or what deal she made etc...
Ch 1 - it definitely needs more. Who is her "Master," why did he help her, and how did they keep Voldemort and the Order from finding out? And what is she going to do with the Death Eaters - what "reparations" can they make? Will she try to reform their anti-Muggleborn thinking? How can she be kept from turning into an evil Dark Lady and becoming another despot - will it be Severus who helps her? Or will Severus have to destroy her just as he fought to bring down Voldemort Are her parents and other friends still alive? I don't mind Hermione having sex with other characters if they're equal or end up as equals. In "Inside the Blackest Heart" I hated the alternate ending with Lucius, because Lucius and Severus were both just using Hermione to get off on a high (the Primordial orgasm); they didn't really care for her as a person. If Hermione just uses Draco and others for sex, she needs redemption somehow. It can't be good for the wizarding world to have another Voldemort, even if she's a Muggleborn. But finish your other stories first, Ruth! Three WIP's is a lot.

inside the blackest heart had the alternative where Lucius and Severus were both her consorts albeit it was one of multiple endings. I think you could write her with Ron and i'd read it, though i don't honestly like ron. Well Ms. Figg whatever you do will be good of course and of course you should do what you want. That being said, you are my fav SS/HG author by far. I like the way you respect their relationship and just the way you write them in general. I don't like the idea of HG having sex with othr wizards but well, I can live with it (hope no SS with other women though and yeah I'd hpe for a SS/HG ending). For me I will say that already I don't really like this HG. An HG having sex for fun is fun but I guess the idea of her "raping" DM while interesting in a way is just not how I see HG. But I do understand that she's somewhat evil here so... My choice would be for you to only write SS/HG forever cause I love them so much the way you do it and your stories give me so much pleasure. This story I probably won't enjoy as much ("Saving... was different and had a happy S/HG ending. Oh who am I fooling, I'm such a chicken about SS and HG having other partners I'd probably steer clear for my own mental health! LOL That being said, I respect your right as an author to write whatever you please. Oh I'm begging that you finish your other wonderful SS/HG fics that you're working on now. This story would not be for me-but others would probably enjoy. maybe you could put warnings? Some people really do get upset when they read about SS and HG with other partners and you are very trusted with writing the SS/HG ship in a feel good extremely appealing way.
I am pro snape and her but as long as she does not fall "in love" with draco or lucius it would be great fun to see her in command and to use them for her own pleasure. It will be a different Hermoine then we are used to seeing you write so I think it would be interesting reading as you alter and change her as he possible 1/2 soul returns. Very cool! I am really intrigued by the possibilities. While my absolute fave pairing is HG/SS..I really like other pairings as well. I am interested to see how you will stretch as a writer by adding some new pairings. "Saving Miss Granger" was excellent not just b/c of the added pairings but Hermione was also under a spell. This story looks like it will be different. This is a Dark hermione...so she will be willing/ordering? the different pairings....of course this is just my chance for more smut..esp Lucius smut :) The fact that HG will probably end up with SS is just icing on my lemon cake :) Yummy
Ruth - I'll read it gladly! I came from the "Spillow" ship in Buffy fandon, the writers I followed over to Harry Potter fanfic didn't write HG/SS fiction. They wrote everything else. I read them because they're great writers. When I finally read a HG/SS, I was impressed at the depth of the writing and the care the authors seemed to take. And hoo boy, was there a lot to read. The sites that carried these stories enforced grammer, briticisms and plot development. And then, through AFF I found you. I read what you write because you're a great inventive writer. If you choose to take a detour through Draco and Lucius land, I will gladly follow. Because you post so frequently and finish stories so quickly, I don't think you'll lose any HG/SS fans along the way. You may not get the reviews from die hard shippers, but you may wind up adding new fans along the way. Look at Inell's live journal. I really don't think she missed a beat switching fandoms and ships and her following has done nothing but grow along the way. Your body of work is impressive. I say go for it.
I reviewed already on AFF.net, but I would just like to reiterate how much I would like for you to continue this story! I really do like the idea, and as long as I get some Hermione/Snape action, I'm a happy girl; and I certainly don't miind sex scenes with (multiple) hot men featured!!!
I'd like to see you continue this even if there are other parings. Although, I'll admit that even if she takes others I'd like her main emotional relationship to be with SS and for them to be "together" in some way by the end.

Well I wouldn't like the story unless it ended up SS/HG but others on the board do and everybody has to have their fun. I think deep down all the Ss/HG shippers are hoping taht after all the sex with others Ss wins her heart and it's a happy SS/HG ending. I know I'm hoping that. Honestly not my cuppa cause I wouldn't want to see HG force herself on anyone (just my opninion but the idea of fucking a man that can't stand you just because you can is like yuck and so much like what Voldy usually does.

Hey if the plot bunny is really nipping at your heels write what you must. LOL There's a lot of non-shippers or SS/HG shippers that like other stories that will enjoy it. It wouldn't really be for me in that I am a hardcore SS/HG only, but there's plenty of other SS/HG stories that I hope you'll write. On the other hand, if it's not nipping at you , maybe you'll continue (or not your choice) in the future. As for me-I want you to write more SS/HG stories. You do it so well!
I love your writing but if I'm honest the story would probably be unappealing to me. I like the SS/HG only thing. Just curious-since it would be HG and other wizards but SS is around is it automatically a SS/HG story? Or would it be in the "other" category since it's really about HG and wizards not just SS/HG. It sounds more like a Hermione centric story rather than a SS/HG one.

I love the HG/SS pairing the most, but I also read HG/LM or DM sometimes. So I would certainly read and enjoy the story if you chose to write it. I wouldn't mind Hermione having some fun with the blonds, but would love for her to end up with Severus in the end (would be rooting for those two the most ^^). And dark Hermione sounds like fun!
ps: I prefer Hermione being only with Severus in your other stories, tho ^^. But it sounds hot for this darker one.

I definitely think you should continue the story -- and I would love to see your take on HG/LM and HG/DM in a setting where Hermione is supposed to be the more "dominant" party, and where no potion induces the lust. I happen to be a fan of SS/HG/LM pairings as well, so I'm sure not to complain. And the premise for the story is pure gold, so it really would be a shame not to continue :-D
you know, sweeheart, i don't think it is just the pairing or the loving engaging that you write about that brings up back time after time after time. i think its the way you write. you write fantastically. i would love to see you become a full fledged, i'll buy your books writer. you would be great. you could start out selling online if you wanted to. there are a few romance online places to buy ereader books and stories to download to computers. you don't write the sappy crap that others do. obviously you can't write about ss/hg, but whose to say you can't write about your own witchy world. hell you have some of your own characters in these stories anyway. i have taken to reading your work first and then finding other authors, while i'm waiting for your chapters. regardless of what you write i will be here. so mush on dm/lm/ss/hg

Dear Ruth: Hey, here's an idea for a fic for you. Although according to the prophecy, Harry is supposedly the only one who can *kill* Voldemort, there are OTHER ways to deal with him. As Dumbledore pointed out, there are far worse things than Death. Consider the following options: 1. Snape feeds Voldemort a concentrated lobotomy potion. Voldie is still alive, and can't be killed because of his horcruxes but has the intellect of a clam. Obviously he will no longer care about world conquest in this condition. 2. A group of wizards joins their power together and sends Voldemort off to some place he can't get back from. Say, to enjoy the lovely, 800 degree, acidic atmosphere on the planet Venus. After a while there, he may very well WISH he were dead. 3. Use a time turner to send Voldie about a million years or so into the future, at which point he would be about as relevent as an Australopithecus would be if it suddenly showed up in New York City. Since he supposedly wants to live forever, he will end up in this situation eventually, anyways. Evolution is not going to stop simply because Voldie knows crap diddly about biology and genetics. Indeed, Voldies attempts to exterminate muggles if anything are likely to drastically speed up the rate at which humanity evolves. Read up on antibiotic resistant microbes, sometime. All it would take to rain on Voldie's parade is some mutation among muggles that made them resistant to magic, and he isn't going to have a chance of dealing with them. How would he even begin to start?

Hmm. Unfortunately, in my opinion simultaneous partners found 'preferable' by Granger will prove far to abhorrent. The concept as usual is impeccable, and l am tantalised by possible outcomes. However, l do not hope to find the seemingly unfathomable, probable whereby granger takes on a multiplicity, hitherto the singular ship betwixt herself and one Severus Snape. Okay, confession time. I will read almost any ship that is well done. And we all know that Ms. Figg can do any of them excellently! Read some of The Sickest Lemons on this site for examples. Lucius/Hermione- oh yes! There are some excellent ones I've read. There is even now a category for LeStrange/Hermione in aff net - who knew that would be popular. I have even read one really great Severus/Hooch story that was good smut and funny! I would adore reading Hermione and all the Death Eaters we know - possibly she could save the best for last. This being our beloved Severus. :)
I believe you should leave this story as it is. It works wonderfully as a one-shot and there is no need to elaborate. Then again it is your story and you can do what you want with it, although I believe it would be a mistake to continue. However if you were to turn this into one of your longer stories, perhaps a little visit to the department of back story is needed. How did Hermione become so evil? How on earth did she kill the (now) most dangerous wizard alive, after hundreds of witches and wizards before her have failed? Then again if this is to be a PWP you don’t need all that.

I really think this story has a good premise. I love your SS/HG and am pretty much not into HG/other. That being said - your talents as a writer, along with some of the details you've already given, would make this a worthwhile read. She's dark here and looking to get laid not have a relationship so that makes the non-HG/SS easier to deal with. It would be good to see the back story on her Master and to have SS help redeem her and repair her soul. Just please for the sake of my sanity, if she is going to have multiple partners at once, no SS/other man slash. I have read a few stories with SS and HG having another male partner, usually Draco or Lucius, but their SS is not the dominate roughrider that yours is. Or maybe just a different type of dominate roughrider than yours, anyway, I don't see your SS being slashy and don't think he would deal well in that situation. Well maybe he would deal but I wouldn't. So enough of my rambling, if you are into doing this more power to you. Just please finish Hallow's first, oh, and the one we are sending in contributions for too. Okay so I'm greedy for your stories and a bit more invested into those two than a Dark Hermione.

Please don't tease all of us like this, it's just to good to be a drabble. I implore you to start up on this one after you complete one of my other two addictions! (I am refering of course to Song and Secret *grin*) If your seriously thinknig about it, tease all of your faithful readers no longer and tell us in your livejournal! I for one have no qualms about a sexy dark Hermione taking her pound of flesh from a bunch of sexy biggoted death eaters then falling in love (but not without the lust *wink*) with our edible Severus Snape. I just keep getting flashes of Hermione recieving her Demon Master at Voldemort's stronghold and acting like best buddies with death eaters watching on in awe/horror. lol. From the bottom of my heart I hope you'll continue!

I really love this idea...and I enjoy seeing Hermione in such a role as this. Besides, it'll be fun to see how she treats everyone and how the world will be now that she is Dark Lady over the Deatheaters. So far, I'm loving it, and I hope that you decide to expand this further. And I had to laugh when the Deatheaters looked at each other strangely when she mentioned schedules. lol. Hey there Ruth! I am currently enthralled with Twice Bitten, but I think this story could be awesome if you continue it. The opening and story line seems extremely well developed already, and I would be thrilled to see it written as more than a one shot. Lemons would be great, also, but I think this story could be awesome without them, so it wouldn't really matter to me, but yes, definitely, if lemons are squeezed, there should be more than just HG/SS juiced out! :D
I would love to see where you would take this story. This isn't the normal virginal Hermione and I absolutely love it. Delicious. She's always turning red and getting flustered by Snape and others and I would love to see her take control and not be embarrassed by what she wants anymore. Her Snape, Lucius and Draco? Mmm.

it sounds positively brilliant. i was once a DMHG shipper before switching over to SSHG, so i think that a combination of the two would be great. yes, we readers live for your lemons, and Dark!Hermione is oh so sexy. It would be very intresting to see Hermoine motivation for being with someone other then Snape in one of your stories. I would love to see the back story of what made her change from the Hermoine we all know and love to the powerful Dark Lady. Hmm, I bet her new type of magic is handy, but where did she learn it? I read this a while ago and so I revisited it today because I remembered really loving all of the ways you could twist this story... And which characters you could have doing the twisting. Oh so many Death Eaters and only one very dark and powerful Hermione. *sigh* It's been a bit but hopefully there's still some remote possibility for you to continue? Please!
I think making the Dark Lady into a story is a good idea. I was hoping for it. I think since she is darker that it should be a SS/LM/DM/HG story. She's not shy and she's powerful. Why not screw three hot powerful wizards? lol
